# Suddenly shut off

Im new to the site but have been using the Anova for a while now. I was just preheating to 150F then the Anova shut off randomly and will not turn back on. I have tried other outlets that are verified to be working and still nothing. I called the phone number that Anova has on their website and straight to VM. Is there anyone you can actually reach?

You’ll get a call back from support! More than likely they were off during the weekend. But you can also email [support@anovaculinary.com](mailto:support@anovaculinary.com) as well. They’ll troubleshoot the issue going on with your unit and get you cooking right away. Sorry it’s being funky. 😕
