# The + sign of doom

Is there a known fix for the + sign of doom on the pro? Tried setting up app and WiFi, it failed. After trying a second time unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and here we are.

Seems like this has been an issue for sometime yet no fix?

Just for reference for others. I was advised by support to plug unit in ‘overnight’, kind of open to interpretation, and no change. Left plugged in for 3 days in fact and no change.

I’m over it sent back to Amazon. Ordered an INKBIRD for a fraction of the price, setup WiFi/app and running in a few minutes.

On the whole anovas customer service remote spods are utter morons and useless 9 times out of 10.

Sad fact, unless they are shipping you a new unit which is about what any query amounts to.

And they get paid for shit service!
