Every time my Android phone or Anova loses WiFi or hops across an AP, the timer resets. This makes the app almost useless. I have an access point in my house to extend the WiFi and when my phone hops across it loses connections for a second, this resets the timer. Why doesn’t the app just keep track of the timer independently?. Cant the timer just continue going without a WiFi signal?

Using the latest App 2.5.1 (439)

are you sure it resets the timer on the device? Because I have the same problem but my timer resets only in the app, on the Anova it continues to run 🙂
