# Touch Screen Replacement?

How do I get my touch screen replaced? It cracked and I was told I could get it replaced plus an overall tune-up for $35.00.  
When I asked where to ship and how to pay I haven’t gotten an answer. I’ve written many times over the last 3 weeks. Anyone have any leads or know how to go about repairs?
