Hello

I get information that there is a new firmware. When I try to install it on the device, the update percentages appear and it reaches 88% and the second time 79% or 82% and does not end in 100%. the update is not performed.

Reinstalling the phone software does nothing. My wifi is set to 2.4GHz with a password. How to update your device 100%.

Anyone know how to update the device.
