# Vacuum sealer parts

I use my vacuum sealer pro a lot, and eventually the removable sealer rings take on odors that are impossible to remove. The drip tray also is not removable for thorough cleaning. Anova has been unresponsive to my queries about replacement rings. Any tips on available rings from other sources ?
