# Water Temp Never Increases

Hi All,

I got THE wifi/Bluetooth version for Christmas and have had zero luck with this. Water temp never increases. First I tried hot water from tap, which was 115 f… Pre heated for 4 hours temp dropped to 75. Put boiling hot water in, which was 152 f… Put my room temp chicken in, temp dropped to 119 within 45 mins. Nothing I do will get the temp to increase. Thought this was supposed to be simple? This is ridiculous
