# Wet Seal

If the bag has oil and other liquids, how do I wet seal the bag?? I have the anova vacumn seal.

I do not have the Anova device but with mine I watch the liquids and as they approach the top I initiate the sealing manually.

Hi @kurtsturn,

With the Anova sealer, I use the pulse vacuum button (far right), then press the seal button (middle) button, as soon as I see any liquid heading towards the sealer.

The more liquid, the more difficult it is to time.

If it is mainly liquid in the bag, then I just use the pulse to take out as much air as I can before creating a vacuum and then seal.
