PERSONAL OPINION:  
Desert is or should be an indulgence!  
Dosen’t matter what it is apart from any dietary restrictions.  
It is presented as a ’cap’ or ‘coup de finesse’ to a meal.  
So, indulge and enjoy!

Where are the High Fat; High Sugar options? 😕  
I guess desert is a whole nuther thing in California.😄
