Hey that is my reply to ALYSSA I have no favourite recipe.
I love the Anova for cooking meat to perfection then add to a home made curry spice mix and many other super tasty herb, spice mixes already in my head. The anova cooks the meat to med rare and the world is available to make anything super tasty.
Dont give up, the tastes are endless if you know what taste you want.
Time to cook is quite basic depending on the texture you want with meat, follow the basic guidelines for each sort of meat and you cant go wrong.
It really is easy.
Not tuned into sweet stuff or veg yet. A learning curve yet to happen. These are still prepared old school.
