# Why don't they sell sheet pans

They sell the perforated pan but have no listing for sheet pans. Am I the only person who doesn’t understand this?

Not sure. but it probably makes more sense to choose your own anyway. I own one of these and I am very happy:

Does this pan stay flat when cooking (vs the twist that the original pans do)?

It stays flat longer than the aluminum one does. For most of my cooks – but not all high temp cooks – it stays flat throughout.
