# Why it charges me for shipping to a US address?

I was going to buy a AU plug unit from US store and ship to a US address online, but it shows charging $37.33 to ship to Portland.

  

Any idea? I thought it is free for US and Canada.

It is shipping the AU plug type to a US address via our facility in Hong Kong - thus the $37 USD charge. We offer free shipping across the US for US devices 🙂
