I’m an American living in Portugal since 11/2020. I’m a fairly skilled cook and an early adopter of gadgets, so here I am! :wink: I’ve been sous vide cooking for years now, and just ordered the Anova Precision Oven (12/2021)
I am scouring the bulletin boards to get an idea of how I will use it. We love making beef jerky, and we want to make the challah from Basics with Babbish (which is where I learned about the oven.) My current built-in oven is a POS, so I have high hopes for the APO.
