Retired after almost 50 years in the Ad Biz as Creative Director VP with a lot of food and restaurant clients. I worked for KFC when I was in my early 20s and when Colonel Sanders was still very involved. I do a lot of cooking and exploring recipes from Asian to Greek to Japanese and USA regional dishes. My wife and friends love it. We have shelves overflowing with slicers, cookers, grinders, Paella pans, mandolins, tortilla presses and just about everything in between.
