Starting Sous Vide in early 2021. I always enjoyed grilling and smoking things outside, something about taking my time to cook just appealed to me. When COVID hit and my kiddo and I got stuck at home, her McD addition came to an end. I learned I liked cooking in the kitchen, and my kiddo found out that real foods are far better than what a clown…(well, a TV clown) can serve.
