Hey fellow community members!
I'm Hunter, the community manager here at Anova. Just to fill you in on a little bit about myself, I'm a huge nerd for public health and food policy, which is what originally got me into cooking, and now I can't stop.
I grew up in Colorado, but have lived in Argentina, Chile, and now San Francisco.
Before getting the precision cooker, I was pretty much vegetarian, just because I needed to save some money in college and I really love making stews. But now, I love experimenting with all kinds of meat and weird things in the precision cooker.
