I’m a retired data scientist who has been cooking forever. First to survive in college in Indiana. Then to eat what was not available where we were living at the time (Greek, Mexican, Chinese,…). Now in order to enjoy great Portuguese raw ingredients with friends - we move here from Berkeley, California four years ago.
I’m pretty geeky and anal about techniques. Just starting with APO. Love the accuracy & stability of temp and steam settings.
