I have been an enthusiastic Anova users for a long time now, got my first as a gift the bought other Anova products as gifts and recommended Anova a lot of times. Despite quite intensive usage, I have always taken very good care of my cooker and it is in mint condition.
With the announcement of declaring products “obsolete” and removing the possibility to set temperature and time using the Anova application, I am now one of many upset customers, considering a switch to a different brand.
