Baking Steel Recipes and Uses?

I have the Precision Oven 2.0 and purchased the Baking Steel to fit. Are there recipes and/or tips for getting good use of the baking steel. All I can come up with is pizza and bread. Anyone have success searing meat or making other dishes. Would also appreciate maintenance tips for the baking steel. Is it pre-seasoned and how often do I need to season it?
