This has to be the most basic question, but I don’t see it anywhere. How do I clear the display when the oven is not in use? It has the settings from the last cook mode. Surely I’ve missed something simple.

Well, in case anyone else stumbles upon this thread looking for the same info: It will timeout after a few minutes and go dark. 
Still, it’d be nice to have a way to clear it out manually.
