How can one remove an oven stage on the app after accidentally adding another stage?

Don’t forget to put your finger in the middle of the stage information. If you try to swipe the title only, it does not work.
Has this behavior in the ios app changed? I swipe (on the body of the stage, not header a Rene suggested) with the stage “closed” with the summary view and opened and see no indication of a swipe to delete.
Edit: After working with the app a bit more oddly it seems in some scenarios I can get the edit control and in others I don’t.
This does not work. In the “Oven” tab, when making a cook, swiping left or right does nothing.
