I started preheating my sous vide bath from the beach today so that when I arrived at home I could plop my sealed bag into the hot water right away to save some time. It worked great, no waiting for an hour preheat (I sous vide in a modified cooler). Pretty cool feature.

That’s awesome! I definitely wish it were warm enough to visit the beach where I am!
I started my chicken yesterday from my allotment shed .The water was frozen in my kettle .wish I was on the beach
