Are there directions or a list of commands available somewhere, beyond ‘start the oven’ and ‘stop the oven’ shown in the link?
Yes, there are several other shown in the link as well:
With the Anova Oven and Google Assistant, you can start cooking by saying “Ok Google, preheat my oven to 350 degrees.” As your food cooks, you’ll be able to keep an eye on the oven’s temperature by saying “Ok, Google, what is the temperature of my oven?”
Here are other voice command examples you can say to Google Assistant:
- “Ok Google, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.”
- “Ok Google, what is the temperature of the oven?”
- “Ok Google, set a timer on my oven for 10 minutes.”
- “Ok Google, add 5 minutes to the timer on my oven.”
- “Ok Google, cancel the timer on my oven.”

I have not found a way via Google Assistant to start a specific custom multi-stage recipe. It would be helpful as most recipes start with a pre-heat stage.
