Hi - I’m a heavy user of my Anova 2.0. Went through all the troubles with the firmware. But since then have been using the oven on a daily basis. And really enjoyed it.
Made some morning bread - finished baking - oven was switched off. Came back after 2 hours. And the oven display was dark. Unplugged, plugged in again. Checked the fuse, checked the circuit breaker. All is good.
But when I try to turn on the oven - you can hear a small hissing sound and then a subtle ‘dud’. Display remains dead. I’ve recorded the sound.

Also asked the technicians from our apartment complex. They think the PCB is broken.
