Questions about 'Bake' quickstart in app

I have a couple of questions about the ‘Bake’ quick start function in the app (not the ‘Convection Bake’ preset, just the regular ‘Bake’ preset):

  1. The icon shows the top, bottom, and rear elements on, but when I hit the button only the top element comes on. Is that correct, or an issue with the app?

  2. Is this Anova’s recommended setting for cakes, quickbreads, etc? In general, when should this setting be used instead of Convection Bake?

  3. When baking with convection you usually turn the temperature down 25 degrees from the conventional oven temperature. Do you still need to do so with this setting?
