1 week and display faulty ....... HELP !!

I bought the Anova precision cooker SKU A3.2-220V-Au Bar code 851607006410

We place the order on 18/6/17. Received it on the next weeks, used twice and the display was faulty.

I got the issue on the display today when i press the start/stop button, the display turn off but still cooking. But i can’t turn it back on(nothing show on the display) ? I try to unplug it but it does not help. Can you please tell me what to do? If it is faulty, could you please what i should do next ?

I was worry about the cooker was not quite reliable?

Also i do not receive any invoice for my warranty?

Gahhh that sucks - I’m sorry your unit is being funky! You’ll need to get in touch with support@anovaculinary.com so they can troubleshoot the issue or get you a new cooker if need be. Also, they’ll be able to get you a copy of you invoice!
