My precision cooker died. No display nothing! I contacted Anova ,they told me to reset it ,by unplugging it try different receptacles etc. no go. I enquired about repairs, they responded… no service or repair facilities. Thy offered a paltry $25 discount code to purchase a new unit. Not much incentive to purchase anew one ,given the high cost of the original cooker. Any other suggestions out there? Should I move on and purchase a competitor’s product?
I would go with a competitor. My orginal cooker hardly ever connects to wifi and i ordered a Pro over amonth ago and it appears according to customer service that not only do they have no idea when or if ill get it but wont reimburse my purchase.
