My oven functions properly after a restart as long as you start your cook within 30 seconds. 30 seconds after you stop the oven, I get the 408 error and the oven no longer functions. My work around has been to just keep resetting the oven by holding down the power and wifi buttons or unplugging and re-plugging the oven into power. This allows me approximately 30 seconds to get a cook going. The oven will then cook fine until I stop the cook. Once stopped, the process repeats itself. I’d really like to not have to throw the oven out since I have a perfectly good oven. If i could strip out the software and make the oven manual, I’d do that. I have reached out to support multiple times before with very little help in this regard. Any suggestions.
