I purchased this unit on September 8, 2021. The cooker has worked perfectly. The app is ok, could use some improvements.
My problem is that I have had to repair the clamp TWICE! The first time, the plastic threaded piece broke. The second time, the plastic frame cracked. Fortunately I’m a DIY’er and have found a way to fix it. Would I purchase it again? No. You spend $200 and then can’t really use it as intended due to a cheap plastic part. I’d rather pay an extra $20 for something that is reliable…
