Oven went blank after 2 months of ownership. Given the poor reliability with the poor support i tried to return the unit but got regected even though I only owned it for 60 days. Now i cannot get a reply even if I wanted it repaired. I bought the unit directly from them.
i called and it either hangs up on me in 2 minutes or it sends me to Marriane who says she can’t help me and tells me to email customer support. I do and they do not respond
it is a total nightmare
if I do not hear back in a week I am taking them to small claims court
