Anova Precision Oven Not Honouring Warantee

Hello everyone,

I am trying to get some help here. My Anova Precision Oven has stopped working within the warantee window. The support section have agreed it is broken and passed on to replacement, but replacement department is not responding and now support is also not responding. Has anyone had any luck with getting their warranties honoured and any pointers here?

Hi Eloy, sorry you’re dealing with that—nothing more frustrating than warranty issues when you’ve already done everything right. I’ve seen a few similar reports with Anova where the process stalled after support approved a replacement. In most cases, people had better luck following up through multiple channels at once (email reply to the original ticket, website chat, and social media like X/Twitter or Instagram). Including your ticket number and clearly stating that replacement was already approved seems to help get it escalated. If you purchased with a credit card, it may also be worth checking whether they offer purchase protection as a backup. Hopefully someone from Anova sees this and gets you sorted quickly.

@Eloy That is really frustrating I have seen a few people stuck in the same replacement limbo. What finally worked for me was replying to the original ticket and tagging them publicly on social media to get a response.
