APO 1.0 - No more sounds?

Hi all,

I have the APO 1.0 and as of a few weeks ago, the oven no longer makes any more sounds when it preheats, finishes cooking, changes, stages, etc. I tried a unplugging it, tried a full reset, etc.

Does anyone know whether there is any sort of fix to this? We have gotten so used to it that it serves as a reminder when the food is ready and the app sometimes delays the notification so we end up forgetting about it at times and the food ends up overcooked and in a couple of cases even burned.

Mine did this to about 4yr into ownership. I was also dealing with it until I recently upgraded to 2.0. Sounds like a hardware failure based on searches I did back then.

Mine just started not making sounds recently. And yesterday the handle display would not turn off. Today the handle display/controls are unresponsive :frowning:. It still works from the app.
