Butter rum golden pineapple tidbits

Oh YEAH!!! Golden pineapple with 4 ounces of captain Morgan run with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2.5 tablespoons of butter 136 degrees for 2.5 hours… Can’t wait to taste these candied treasures after I sear them on the grill… Maybe on some vanilla bean ice cream or maybe I might do some homemade jerk marinade for some chicken or steak… Haven’t decided yet… What do you guys think?!? I’m super excited…

Stick it in the blender with a healthy squeeze of lime juice. Chill it for a few hours then throw it into the ice-cream maker!

I was thinking about doing a white chocolate mouse with toasted coconut and the pineapples rough chopped and then doing an Oreo pistachio crust… What do YA think…
