Pork tenderloin with Carmelized onions

2.25 pound tenderloin at 149degrees for 4 hours and then on the grill to get crispy and delicious… Cut medallions then topped it with Carmelized onions and balsamic glaze with crumbled Gorgonzola… Homemade mashed potatoes…Yeah it was super delicious

It looks superb. It doesn’t hurt that your toppings are 3 of my favorites. Anything special in the mash?

The mash are Yukon gold with just 96% real butter with kosher salt and cracked black pepper… Simple and spectacular!!
