Hey!!! Couldn’t resist pork shoulder on sale got a nice 3 pounder with great marbling… Made some homemade mojo seasoning… 4 California oranges and 3 limes with fresh garlic cracked black pepper, kosher salt and a tablespoon of turbinado sugar… Making some awesome sliders for Sunday afternoon snack… I’m going 154 degrees for 18 hours. This beast is going to be delishes!!
