Just cooked a porked tenderloin for my first try with my Christmas Anova precision cooker. We were heading out for a Boxing Day afternoon with friends, and the tenderloin wasn’t quite thawed. I seasoned it well, set my temperature to 140, placed it in the water bath, and away we went. We came home 4 hrs later, and removed it, seared it quickly, and served it with salad and garlic bread. Absolutely delicious! Totally sold!
