Did pork tenderloin for my first outing in sous vide. It was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to try steaks.

- Went 2.5 hours. Was indescribably delicious!

I am glad you enjoyed the tenderloin aas much as I do. It is fast and always comes out perfect.
I did 140 f. for 2 1/2 hours. Had 2 bags with a tenderloin in each. Finished them in a pan with butter and garlic. My wife was a little skeptical about this up front. In 50 years of marriage, we have done many pork loins in many different ways. With her first bite she indicated that she never knew how good it could be.
