Hi Anova,
What is the best way to clean the chamber vacuum after an unintended fluid boil over when using the pickle/compress modes?
I personally use isoprop spray & wipe a regular style vac sealer void out.
Over the years I have typically used soapy water & kitchen towel, it was not until I bought 10 litres of isoprop (medical grade, fyi) for a variety of uses & covid cleaning (wife is a nurse, we take infection prevention seriously)
Generally I have bought sealers with the dust / liquid capture (underside which screwed out for cleaning / emptying) I try to avoid ones without.
Does this mean for all its expense the anova does not have this?
