Considering the continued discussion regarding vacuum sealers, I thought this might be interesting to people:
Interesting. The “tape over the small hole you had to make” should be fine in a freezer environment, but you would need to use a tape that’s resistant to heat and water (maybe duct tape?) to not have the tape adhesive let go in a sous vide bath.
