Dehydrate sourdough starter.

Does anyone know if the oven can be used to dehydrate sourdough starter for long-term storage?

Why wouldn’t it? It can hold temperatures low enough. Idk if the APO has a way let steam escape from the oven but a lot of normal oven‘s don’t have that either, you can just wedge the back of a wooden spoon in the door to allow steam to escape.
