Newbie to Sous Vide but not to cooking. I decided to go with a Flat Iron Steak https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_iron_steakfor the initial run and Very Impressed!! FInished on the Weber in 2 minutes and was perfect 129.5 degrees F. Looking forward to many experiments and absolutely amazed at the amount of YouTube channels out there!!
