First Cook with Flat Iron Steak, I'm Sold, why did I wait so long?

Hi All,

Newbie to Sous Vide but not to cooking. I decided to go with a Flat Iron Steak Flat iron steak - Wikipedia
for the initial run and Very Impressed!! FInished on the Weber in 2 minutes and was perfect 129.5 degrees F. Looking forward to many experiments and absolutely amazed at the amount of YouTube channels out there!!
