General awe at this oven

I’ve said this elsewhere, but I’m still amazed that I could set up this oven, update the firmware with my iPad, and execute recipes via my iPad.

I’m 75 years old, and I remember my grandmother’s wood-fired stove.

I’m 74 and am a retired programmer, so I had no trouble setting things up. I also remember my grandmother’s wood stove. She was an awesome cook, which goes to show that it’s not the tools it is the craftsperson. Having said that, I love this oven and am getting great results out of it.
