Heating Element Not Working

Hello,

I bought my APC via kickstarter. It is the 2nd generation. The unit functions, turns on and everything. Water is moving around. But temperature does not raise. Ive read other threads about changing a fuse in the plug, but I don’t see any where there might be a fuse or “sliding” it open. Help! I really like my Original APC. Ive bought 2 more as gifts for friends. Help!
