I’ve been looking into the Anova Oven because I want something that can handle baking, roasting, and air frying in one appliance. The smart features and precision cooking options seem really interesting, but I’m curious about real user experiences.
Does anyone here use the Anova Oven regularly? How is the cooking performance and overall reliability?
We use the Precision Oven 2.0 all the time. It works good and prepares things extremely well. One frustration is that for the price of the oven, it should integrate with SmartHome systems…which it doesn’t. They completely dropped the ball on integration with Alexa which we used to be able to use and now, can’t even find a skill. For that reason, I no longer think of it as a “smart” oven…just an oven with an app.
