Did my SV cook, everything look fine at first but then noticed that the vacuum bag seal failed. Juices leaked into the bath, bath water leaked into the bag. A real mess.
What do you do? Throw the whole mess out? Or do eat as normal?
If the cook is finished eat as normal. Give your circulator a good cleaning.
I had this happen once on a long cook. I repackaged meat cleaned the mess up and started again with fresh water.
