I followed the Anova app recipe for the Chocolate Pot au Creme and was it delicious! I didn’t have any 70% dark chocolate so used 80 and 90% but it didn’t make it too bitter. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and the little jars turned out perfect. Highly recommended. I’ll be making this desert many more times.
