tried the steps provided couple of times, but still can’t connect via bluetooth

iPad 2 doesn’t have Bluetooth 4.0 (a.k.a Bluetooth Smart, or Bluetooth LE). The Anova uses BT4.0
This problem also faced by me but with it i also facing the ipad error code 9006, which is more critical issue from others. But I share that because I found the best solutions for my ipad.
