I’m doing a fermentation that needs to stay at 109F. The probe is place on the liquid. The oven stays at 109 +/- 1. The probe is at 113.5F and going up. At this point the culture is already dead with this temperature. What’s the point in setting up the temperature? Was the precision feature on this oven? Can the oven adjust the temperature to keep the temperature of the probe constant? So disappointing! This is the reason why I got this oven. I’m calling the support number (855.421.8282) but there is only a long beep. Seriously?
