Probe Issue

I’m really quite concerned that my probe is not working properly. I currently have a pork shoulder churning away at 149 degrees and has been for about 11 hours, and the probe claims the pork is 177 degrees. Worse, when I insert a regular thermometer, it tells me the shoulder is actually only 140 degrees.

So the probe appears to be completely off, but so, too, does the oven temperature sensor.

Any thoughts?

I have the same problem, with a very early probe (and oven). I reported it to support.
