Italian voltage is defined as 230 volts… (at 50 Hz)
UK voltage is described as 240 volts, but it is in fact a variable 220 - 240 voltage range
Your voltage is similar in order to account for electricity transmission variables, congratulations for being wary & checking.
If you bought a UK plug 220-240v anova you would just need a plug adapter (our uk plugs having 3 pins, differ to a lot of countries.
France operates on the same 230 volts at 50 Hz also, so all I need with my UK Anova is a plug adaptor & it works just fine (yes, I take it abroad with me on holiday to cook with, …you should too
See wikipedia if you wish to draw comparisons, however if you buy what Anova term a european model then take it elsewhere within europe apart from needing a travel adaptor capable of the wattage of the unit, you should be fine.
